I.A.R.C. is designated by the State of Michigan to perform assessments for the courts in Genesee County and surrounding areas. Usually the courts order assessments for drunk driving offenses, driving under the influence of mood altering substances other than alcohol, probation violations and other offenses whereas the court requires the offender to obtain an evaluation to determine the presence of an alcohol or drug problem.
